These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bersama4d website located at https://bersama4d.cam ("Platform"), operated by the bersama4d team ("we", "us" or "our"). By accessing, browsing or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and bersama4d.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between the User and bersama4d.

Access to and use of the bersama4d Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which are non-negotiable and strictly enforced:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement applies without exception to all Users regardless of jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country or territory of residence.

Bersama4d reserves the right to decline any registration application or to suspend an existing Account if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the eligibility criteria have not been met or that the registration information is inaccurate.

By using the Platform, you agree to comply with the following conditions of use at all times:

Bersama4d supports a range of MYR payment methods for eligible Users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX and USDT TRC20. Available methods may change without prior notice, and not all methods will be available to all Users at all times.

Deposits: Deposits must be made from payment accounts that are held in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited. Bersama4d reserves the right to verify the source of funds at any stage. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of transaction and are subject to change.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. Processing times are estimates only — e-wallet withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers, while cryptocurrency transactions depend on network confirmation times. Bersama4d will endeavour to process approved withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe, but cannot guarantee processing by a specific deadline.

Currency: All account balances, transaction records and payment displays on the Platform are denominated in MYR unless explicitly indicated otherwise. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at a rate determined at the time of transaction and may be subject to market fluctuation.

Bersama4d may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback arrangements, VIP tier benefits and other incentive programmes to eligible Users. All such offers are subject to individual promotional terms and conditions which will be published at the time of each offer.

Unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to Users who meet the stated eligibility requirements for each promotion;
• Bonuses may be subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn;
• Bonuses must not be claimed by the same User multiple times under different accounts;
• Bersama4d reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, subject to applicable consumer protection obligations;
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to coordinated wagering designed to arbitrage promotional terms, constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Section 8.

The VIP Programme tiers described on the Platform are illustrative of the programme structure. Actual tier benefits, turnover thresholds and cashback eligibility are subject to published programme terms and may be revised periodically.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bersama4d Platform. Engaging in Prohibited Conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Opening more than one account for the same individual;
• Using another person's identity, payment method or account credentials;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software exploits, collusion or any other technical or non-technical means;
• Using the Platform in connection with any form of money laundering, terrorist financing or other financial crime;
• Accessing the Platform through automated means including bots, crawlers or scripts;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing members of the bersama4d support or operations team;
• Facilitating access to the Platform by any person who does not meet the eligibility criteria in Section 3.

Bersama4d reserves the right to determine, at its reasonable discretion, whether conduct constitutes a violation of these prohibitions and to take any action it deems appropriate in response, including the suspension or permanent closure of the relevant Account.

All Content on the bersama4d Platform, including but not limited to the bersama4d name and logo, page layouts, graphic elements, written content, game category descriptions, payment guides and promotional material, is the intellectual property of bersama4d or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce or redistribute any Content without prior written consent;
• Modify, adapt or create derivative works based on any Content;
• Use the bersama4d name, logo or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written authorisation;
• Frame or mirror any Content on another website or platform.

Any unauthorised use of bersama4d's intellectual property may result in legal action and the termination of your access to the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bersama4d and its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform;
• Any inaccuracy, error or omission in Content, including odds information, game RTP figures or payment processing estimates;
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account resulting from your own failure to maintain credential security;
• Interruptions, delays or technical failures affecting the Platform, including those caused by third-party service providers, network issues or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from gambling activity conducted through the Platform, including wagering decisions made in reliance on Platform Content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Where permitted, bersama4d's aggregate liability to any User shall not exceed the total amounts deposited by that User in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Bersama4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The User has engaged in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 8;
• The Account has been used in connection with fraudulent or criminal activity;
• The User does not meet or no longer meets the eligibility criteria in Section 3;
• Continuation of the Account poses a legal, regulatory or reputational risk to bersama4d;
• The User has requested self-exclusion under our Responsible Gambling programme.

Users may also close their own Account voluntarily at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure does not relieve the User of any outstanding obligations owed to bersama4d under these Terms.

Upon account closure, bersama4d will endeavour to return any verified, unencumbered balance to the User's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to identity verification requirements.

Bersama4d is committed to supporting responsible play. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. The following tools and principles form part of bersama4d's responsible gambling framework:

Users access the Platform from various locations, and it remains the User's responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their jurisdiction. Bersama4d makes no representation that the Platform or its Content is appropriate or available for use in any specific location outside the Platform's intended market.

Nothing in this clause limits bersama4d's ability to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or prevent irreparable harm.

Bersama4d reserves the right to revise, update or replace these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last reviewed" date. Where changes are material, bersama4d may provide additional notice through on-Platform notifications or by email to registered Users.

Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with revised Terms, you should discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
